Top 20 Boot off
Well, I wasn't going to do a true blog, but I am sooo happy I had to! Whoo hoo! Meredith, if you peeked, then you'll know who got kicked off first. That moppy-headed loud mouth, Brenna. Now I can watch without being annoyed.
Now for my comments: I didn't like the group song as much as last week. Maybe because it focused on the women and the men are stronger.
I was also happy to see the bottom three were her, Heather and Kinnick. I coulda swept them all off. Chenita, now that you've pointed it out, Kinnick came on with yet another completely different type of outfit. The hat was a good choice cuz it makes her forehead less huge, but really accentuates her nose.
Chenita, you're right on with Elliot's ears! Its the ears, the haircut, the teeth. He needs a complete overhaul.
I'm so surprised that Will was not in the bottom three. But Sway, Dave and Kevin were.
Dave got kicked off first and I'm not sorry to see him go. Is THIS the guy you guys keep calling him young Jordan?
Then we said good-bye to Sway. I would have liked to see how he did with the genres. I really liked his Earth, Wind and Fire song the first week. Oh well.
I'm still just pleased as punch that Brenna's gone!

Ding, Dong the Witch is Gone. Brenna was the first to go and I'm for one glad it was quick and to the point. How annoying that she kept posing and winking at the camera as if that was cute. She is so annoying and ugly. I don’t' know why she wears her hair curly. In the early auditions she had it straight and she looks much better with it straight.
Next to go was David - Cute guy, but he had to go. Everything about him was boring.
Third to go was Heather – Good Riddance to her. She had absolutely no talent what so ever. Her re-song was worse than Monday’s performance.
Last to go was Sway. I personally did not agree with this at all. Will Makar should have been the 4th to go, but I guess the judge’s comments hurt Sway. It was so painful to watch his performance, not because of his singing, but because they kept panning over to his mother in the audience and she looked devastated. (I told you I have a soft spot for Asian people)
Not really much to say, but Thank G-D Brenna’s gone.
The group song was okay for me too. I did notice Sway was the best dancer, Bucky looked very awkward with the choreography and Mandisa, is a BIG girl! (Wow!)
It was definitely nice to see Carrie Underwood and see her perform again. I hope she doesn’t turn on Idol like Kelly Clarkson has.
Brenna, the wicked witch of Idol is GONE! I could go on about her behavior last night but she is not worth it and in a couple of weeks she will be a distant memory to all of us.
The second to go, no surprise was Heather. (Completely off Idol subject, can anyone guess what movie this line is from: “What’s your damage, Heather”?) LOL
Lin, so right about Kinnick and her hat, it definitely concealed that huge forehead of hers.
However, when I first saw her singing with the group, my immediate reaction was: “Who is that?” LOL - she really needs to stick with a look.
David, Sway & Kevin received the least votes and I was so excited to see Kevin was in the bottom. David was the first to go then we had to say goodbye to Sway (I predicted). Sway’s goodbye performance was a lot better last night and when the cameras panned to his family (his mother in particular) you could see the look of disappointment.
So, did anyone notice that I had 3 out of 4 predictions correct? Do I win a prize? LOL
Too Hilarious!!! I just posted then reviewed Juanita's comments and saw we both made a reference to The Wizard of Oz and how sad it was for Sway to go because his mother looked so devasted.
That is funny. As I was reading Chenita's post I was thinking to myself that she referenced alot from my posting. It's scary sometimes how we think a like.
Oh, Yeah Mandisa is HUGH. Mommy and I were in disbelief how she could wear a top like that on TV. Poor girl needs to lose a good 80-100lbs.
Answer to your question: Could it be Heathers the movie with Wyona Ryder and Shannon Doherty. Who was the 3rd Heather?

I missed the boot off but was very glad to hear Brenna got knocked off. Didn't particularly like any of the others who were knocked off - so woohoo. Getting closer to the end finally!
